Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Lead (Team Leader) in Fresno, CA

As a Manufacturing Lead you will:

Help guide a team on the production floor.
Ensures that work is done safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
Will act as a bridge between workers and management, making sure that goals are clear, problems are solved quickly, and the team stays on track.
Make sure everything runs smoothly in your assigned area.
Ensure team members follow safety rules and meet quality expectations.
Teach new employees how to do their jobs properly and help others improve.
Share goals, updates, or problems with both workers and managers.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and others to solve issues fast.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

2nd shift -1pm to 9pm Monday-Friday

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish
Understand how machines and equipment work
Be familiar with manufacturing processes and safety rules.
Comfort using computers for tasks like tracking production and reporting issues.
Use company software (Sage) to manage workflows and updates.

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
