Job Description:
Overview
This is a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Management role.
Responsibilities:
? Take ownership of invoice/accrual review, approval and tracking,
contract management, and MS project schedules to help streamline
the operations of the ET team
? Find and implement operational efficiencies for a centralized
contract management process
? Record and monitor project issue, risk, action, change, and
decision logs
? Perform formal review at project completion to confirm acceptance
and satisfaction towards ET goals.
? Collaborate with vendors and customers to develop scopes of work
that identify key deliverables, services, schedules and budgets
? Work with the sourcing department to establish and manage
external contracts
? Coordinating/administering existing project management tasks and
activities such as:
? Maintain up-to-date detailed project plans and budgets
? Provide work direction and leadership to assigned projects,
including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of project
efforts.
? Conduct project kickoff meetings, communicating individual roles
and project expectations. Ensure that all project team members have
the tools and training required to perform effectively.
? Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify
potential jeopardy of project schedule. Identify ways to resolve
schedule issues. Keep Product Management aware of the
situation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
? Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics,
Marketing, Psychology, or related
? Three or more years of experience in contract and project
management for utility or high tech sector
? Demonstrated workforce planning and resource management
skills
? Demonstrated ability to lead multi/cross-functional projects in a
matrix environment
? Must be adaptable to changing environments and ability to learn
new concepts quickly
? Project management certification from PMI (PMP) or equivalent
certification from an accredited program
? Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Desired:
? Project Management and Business Analyst Experience dealing with
sub contract and contracts.
? Process improvement ? 50%

? Strong organizational skills to perform and coordinate multiple
activities
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
? Energy efficiency technology and/or industry knowledge
