problems.About The RoleThe Director of Product Management serves as
a strategic leader for product development and innovation within
the Stores & Marketing domain. This individual will be responsible
for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of
solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. The
Director, Product Management will report to the VP, Product
Management.Responsibilities Include
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and lead the product
strategy and roadmap for the Stores & Marketing domain, aligning
with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research,
analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies
to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.
- Requirements Management: Gather and document business and
customer requirements, translating them into clear product
specifications.
- Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize product features and
initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility.
Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring
adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with
engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver
successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis, metrics,
and user feedback to inform product development decisions and
measure product success.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key
stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and
customers, about product vision, progress, and results.
- Area-Specific Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and
understanding of the Stores & Marketing domain, its specific
challenges, and emerging trends (e.g., Retail trends and customer
behavior for Stores & Marketing).About The Pay
- Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 Annually
- Annual Bonus Program

- Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and
skills and may vary based on location.About You
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a
proven track record of success in the Stores & Marketing
domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience
working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate
business needs into product solutions.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
