Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance / Service Level
Management Specialist responsible for monitoring and validating
service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather service requirements and set up service level metrics in
managed service platforms
Validate monthly SLAs submitted by suppliers and develop validation
processes
Analyze service level data to provide insights for service
improvement and compliance
Required Qualifications and Education
10 years of experience in service level management and MIS
reporting
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products - Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with IT contracts, particularly performance metrics
Postgraduate or graduate degree in any field
ITIL certification preferred
