• MS/PhD in mechanical or electrical engineering with 3+ years of MEMS technology experience.
• Thorough understanding of MEMS design as well as MEMS process, package, and manufacturing technology.
• Expert in MEMS simulation tools and creating 3D models.
• Familiarity with common MEMS/CMOS material properties.
• Knowledge of typical MEMS-CMOS interface circuitry.
• Wafer and part characterization using probe systems and test equipment.
• High energy and motivation level required to lead technology development and support a fast-growing business.
